Product Features
This is a 100% USA made hydraulic bottle jack that is rated at 8-Ton capacity. It is part of our standard hydraulic bottle jack production line.
The collapsed height is 9-1/8", the extended height is 19-1/2", and the overall lift is 10-3/8".
A two-piece 21" zinc-plated handle and single piece release come standard with this hydraulic bottle jack model.
The National Stock Number (NSN) for this jack model is: 5120-00-595-8396
Intended Use:
Heavy-duty, professional quality, 100% USA made hydraulic bottle/ hand jacks built for service under constant use and durable enough to last a lifetime. For vehicles of all types and sizes, heavy-duty trucks, military and defense vehicles (FMTV, LMTV, etc.), farm equipment, building construction, emergency vehicles, and/ or in conjunction with original equipment manufacturers of various products.
Ductile Iron Castings:
Heavy-Duty 65-45-12 Ductile Iron Castings for both the base and head cap.
Electroless Nickel Plated Ram:
Electroless nickel plated steel ram & steel pump piston prevent and protect against rust and corrosion.
Stability:
Large base provides wide stance and positive load support.
Safety Valve:
Safety fluid bypass system prevents the user from overloading/ damaging the jack so it cannot be used beyond the ASME/ PASE load-limiting standard.
ASME PASE-2014 Standards:
50% safety overload factor per ASME/ PASE hydraulic bottle jack standards.
Ram Stop:
Ram stop ring prevents ram from being overextended.
2-PC Handle Set:
Two (2) piece (21” Long) zinc plated handle set.
